I'm Lou, the owner and principle trainer at Pause Pilates and Wellness. I am a BASI trained - which basically means I have been trained in the BASI way on both equipment and the mat. I believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and respect. These feelings inform and guide my teachings and practice. I focus on helping my clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings in an informal, yet meaningful way.
